  • Mixture of Savings and Reserves Proposed to Mitigate Budget Deficit

    Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is facing an estimated budget deficit of £6.4m for the forthcoming financial year. Proposals to deal with this deficit are a mixture of savings and additional income (£2.7m), and the use of reserves. (£3.7m).

     
  • Crown Estate Revenues Fund – Year 4 - Support for Community Projects

    Comhairle nan Eilean Siar has announced £1.1 million of funding from Crown Estate revenues (CERF) to support community projects across the Western Isles.
